Our Team consists of virtual assistants that each specialize in a particular area of expertise, including office administration, project management, graphic design, website design, research, bookkeeping, and sales &marketing.  As different as we are, we share a common denominator of integrity and resourcefulness.  We will get the job done right and on time, and if we are not qualified to complete your project, we will recommend someone who is.  Client satisfaction is always our top priority.

Our Resources include the latest innovations in technology, software, hardware, and plain-old "good sense."  We honestly believe that technology is useless in the hands of someone who doesn't know how to use it, so we make sure that we do.

Our Owner Melissa Derbyshire-Paulea possesses a strong history in the holistic wellness industry, having served in administrative, sales & medicinal positions for over 9 years.  Although our team's skills and clients extend well beyond the scope of the wellness industry, her personal passion is helping holistic practitioners to get back to what they do best, while we get everything else out of the way.  Read more about her journey here.
